HR Training & Development Executive
Responsibilities:
• Execute and conduct employee learning and development include in house training and staff development
Job Requirements:
• Male/Female around 24-30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Civil Industrial, Law or equivalent
• Have at least 2-3 years working experiences doing the above key functions (Manufacturing or Company Training Center will be a huge advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking with good interpersonal skill and excellent communication in English both oral and written
• Willing to work in Jakarta
