Requirements:
• Male/Female, Maximum age 32 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Civil Industrial, Law or equivalent
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in Human Resources Development position, preferably with manufacturing industry
• Having experience in handling Organization Development (Organization Design, Organization Behavior, Job Analysis Job Grading, Performance Management & Talent Management), Matrix Competency, performance improvement and organization design
• Willing to work in Jakarta
